...Held on the Saturday before Fathers Day each June. The festival was originally created to celebrate the Grande Ronde Rivers new enviormental management quality standards. The festival has become an annual event with local vendors, an art show, numerous musical offerings, food, antique cars and motorcycle clubs, public service exhibits and a variety of business interests on display. All the entertainment and displays are free to the public. It is a wonderful day of casual fun, social gathering and easy listening. It is a geat way to spend a Saturday in Elgin Oregon.
